1. Scope of Services

StartLexPro delivers customized legal solutions for startup entities. Services include consultations, document review, and compliance guidance.

2. Digital Products

Digital products consist of e-guides, templates, and online modules. Access is provided immediately upon purchase.

3. Physical Goods

Physical items include printed form kits and manuals shipped to your address. Shipping terms apply.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for services not yet commenced within 14 days of booking. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may transfer the credit to another service once, valid for one year.

4.2 Digital Products

Refunds for digital products are available within 7 days of download or email delivery, provided no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are issued back to the purchase method. Transfers to other digital items are permitted once.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unopened physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Clients cover return shipping. Upon inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment source within 10 business days.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as tailored agreement drafting and court filings, require dedicated resources and are non-refundable. This ensures availability of specialized personnel and schedules. These terms apply only when explicitly stated at purchase.

5. Changes and Updates

StartLexPro may update these terms. Notification will be posted at startlexpro.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartLexPro’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
